The Specimen Partnership Agreement aims to address these issues by providing a document covering almost every conceivable issue, and making clear the rights and obligations of partners.
The document can be personalised for an individual surgery (at a modest additional fee) and is available as a subscription service on CD throughout the year. Updates are accompanied by a newsletter highlighting the latest relevant changes to the law.
The Specimen Partnership Agreement is available in two formats (GMS or PMS), and carries an exceptionally detailed commentary.
The initial cost of the deed is currently £190 + VAT for the first year, with future updates presently being provided for the same fee.
